摘 要 隨著大傾角帶式輸送機(jī)向大角度、長距離、高速度、大功率方向發(fā)展,除驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置外,張緊裝置是保證輸送機(jī)正常啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、制動(dòng)、和停車的不可缺少的重要部件之一,直接影響帶式輸送機(jī)的安全可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。大傾角皮帶輸送機(jī)可沿水平或傾斜線路運(yùn)行,一般使用光面輸送帶,靠所運(yùn)物料與輸送帶之間的摩擦力,帶動(dòng)物料一起運(yùn)行,因而工作傾角受限制。向上一般不超20,向下的傾角還要小些。為了能在更大的傾角上使用,節(jié)省材料及節(jié)省占地面積,增大皮帶輸送機(jī)傾角有著重要的意義。 本設(shè)計(jì)從大傾角皮帶輸送機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對大傾角皮帶機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)作了詳細(xì)的論述。在皮帶機(jī)起動(dòng)階段,能夠在準(zhǔn)確的時(shí)間開啟皮帶機(jī);啟動(dòng)完畢后正常運(yùn)行。此設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)是:可靠性高、傾角大、輸送能力強(qiáng)等。關(guān)鍵詞:大傾角皮帶輸送機(jī);液壓拉緊裝置;傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)Abstract With the big angle belt conveyor to the wide-angle, long distance, high speed, high-power direction, in addition to driving device, the tensioning device is normally the conveyor start, run, brake, and stopping an important and indispensablePart one of a direct impact on the safety belt conveyor reliability and stability.Inclined belt conveyor can be run along the horizontal or inclined lines, the general use of smooth conveyor belt, transported by the friction between the material and the conveyor belt to bring together materials to run, and therefore restricted the work of inclination.Up generally does not exceed 20 , dip down even smaller.In order to use a greater inclination to save materials and to save area and increase the angle conveyor belt of great significance.
