Ask Ss that how can we express our strong feeling about sth, for example: 多么漂亮的花園啊!If Ss cant say that,tell them that we can use an exclamatory sentence to do it in English.2. Get Ss to look at Part A(p62) and go through it . Try to find out what the structures of exclamations are.3. Ask Ss to give some examples. If they cant , put forward to the structures directly.a. what + a/an + adi + n( C&S ) + s + vb.what - + adi + n( UC&P ) + s + vc. how + adi + s + veg) What an interesting book it is! What cool glasses they are ! What delicious bread it is ! What a clever boy he is ! How interesting the book is ! How cool the glasses are! How delicious the bread is ! How clever the boy is !4. Work out the rules: We use a noun phrase after what to form an exclamation. We use an adjective after how to form an exclamation5. Ask Ss to do the exercises on p63 with the structures, and pay attention to the language points:a. what a beautiful flower!b. How nice!c. The funny world museum d. What beautiful frogs!e. They are poisonousf. enough poison g. kill about 2,200 peopleh. what a strange birdi. a baby pandaj. only 100 grams at birthk. the most dangerous animal6. Put forward to the rule and the summary of the possessive case of nouns.Rule:We add s to a singular noun to show that something belongs to someone.We add to a plural noun ending in s. Summary:一般在名詞詞尾加s或加,通常指有生命名詞的所有格。如This is my fathers book.These are boys T-shirt.表示時間的名詞也可以用s表示“的”如:Did you read yesterdays newspaper.如果表示某人或某物為兩人所共有,則在第二個人后面加s,如This is Lily and Lucys desk.如果表示不是兩人共有,則在各人后面加s 如The two boys are Jims and Kates brothers.無生命名詞的所有關系用of 表示如Look at the picture of my familys.of 結構也用于有生命名詞的所有格如 Mr Smith is a good friend of my fathers.4.
