摘 要
沖擊式破碎機是廣泛運用于特硬、中硬及磨蝕性物料的粗碎與細碎作業(yè)的高效破碎機械設(shè)備。在設(shè)計初,先查閱資料,了解了沖擊式破碎機在國內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀。然后按照破碎機的一般設(shè)計步驟進行了以下設(shè)計:破碎機總體方案確定及主軸等主要零件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的計算和選擇;破碎機工作參數(shù)的計算;破碎機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;破碎機的受力分析和主要零部件的強度校核。最后完成破碎機裝配圖,主要部件及零件圖,設(shè)計說明書一份。

Abstract
The impact crusher is widely used in special hard, hard and abrasive materials, rough broken and mechanical crushing operations efficiency impact crusher. Through this graduation project, to study on the consolidation of book knowledge. Early in the design, to inspect the information about the impact crusher at home and abroad. Then follow the impact crusher of the general design steps of the following design: the overall plan of impact crusher and calculation and choice of the main shaft and the other major parts to determine structural parameters; the calculation of impact crusher working parameters; impact crusher structural design; check of the stress analysis and strength of major components. Finally complete a assembly drawings of impact crusher, parts diagram , the design of a paper.
