摘 要
自動引導車（AGV）是一種經(jīng)濟、高效、穩(wěn)定的物流運輸解決方案，目前它已經(jīng)從汽車工業(yè)逐漸滲透到社會的各個行業(yè)。在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，AGV也已經(jīng)開始試驗性的應(yīng)用。但是，由于現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)用AGV大多為工業(yè)AGV的 改良品，所以效果還沒有達到理想狀態(tài)。本次設(shè)計就是針對農(nóng)業(yè)的特點，對AGV的底盤進行有目的的研發(fā)，以使其適應(yīng)農(nóng)田的復雜環(huán)境。同時它還能搭載各種識別、收獲裝置，真正實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
設(shè)計主要采用了農(nóng)用輪胎來代替以往慣用的履帶和舵輪，使用四個伺服電機作為驅(qū)動和控制原動機，其中兩個36W的作為轉(zhuǎn)向控制電機，兩個150W的作為主驅(qū)動電機。它們再配合了大傳動比的減速機后，可以輸出高達90N/m的轉(zhuǎn)矩。這樣，即使AGV行駛在高低起伏的田間，也可以“如履平地”。加強型的車身不但寬敞，而且還可以容納更多的設(shè)備，如機械手、紅外線傳感器、衛(wèi)星定位儀等。
這篇說明書主要闡述了AGV底盤的設(shè)計思路和原理以及設(shè)備安全度的校核。
