的戰(zhàn)略性作用,并已成為傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械制造工業(yè)提升改造和實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化、 柔性化、集成化生產(chǎn)的重要手段和標(biāo)志。
數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控機(jī)床的廣泛應(yīng)用,給機(jī)械制造 業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品種類和檔次以及生產(chǎn)方式帶來了革命性的
變化。數(shù)控機(jī)床是現(xiàn)代加 工車間最重要的裝備。
本文的研究目標(biāo)是針對機(jī)床的特點(diǎn),在滿足生產(chǎn)的前提下,對原機(jī)床做盡可 能少的改動,利用數(shù)控系

Abstract
NC and NC machine tool technology in today's machinery manufacturing
industry an important position and great benefits, display its national
infrastructure in the industrial modernization of the strategic role, and has
become a traditional mechanical manufacturing industries to transform and
enhance the implementation of automation, flexible, integrated production and an
important means of signs. CNC technology and the widespread application of CNC
machine tools, machinery manufacturing to the industrial structure, product
variety and quality and production methods brought about a revolutionary change.
CNC machine tools are the most important modern processing plant and equipment.
The goal of this paper is aimed at the ZXK7532 milling machine
characteristic, to meet the production condition, the original milling machine
to do as little as possible changes, using the numerical control system of
milling machine working table movement, implementation of X, Y, Z three
coordinate control and random three axis linkage control, improving the
processing precision and the automation level, finish milling machine numerical
control transformation.
According to the principle of economy and production requirements, the
overall plan for the demolition of the work table of the machine tool: X, Y, Z
axis feed system. The sliding screw replacement for the ball screw deputy, and
modified the reduction gear box, gear, stepping motor. The stepping motor
deceleration gear drives the ball screw to rotate, and the screw nut pair drives
rotation of the table. After the gear drive mechanism design, according to the
selected stepper motor step angle, pulse equivalent, combined with the formula
to compute the ratio, choosing the right gear, the gear parameters calculated
from the rotation of the gear is used, combined with the screw rotational
inertia, work out the total rotational inertia. The final torque calculation,
computation load and no-load maximum torque, according to the maximum torque
matching selection of step motor.
