摘 要
鎂碳磚在耐火材料中起著重要的角色，而且被廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，如轉(zhuǎn)爐、電爐、轉(zhuǎn)爐、中間包、出鋼口、高功率電爐墻熱點(diǎn)部位以及爐外精煉爐內(nèi)襯等。鎂碳磚是以氧化鎂和碳為主要成的耐火材料。 鎂碳磚具有優(yōu)良的耐高溫性、抗熔渣侵蝕性、抗熔渣滲透性、熱震穩(wěn)定性等性質(zhì)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要產(chǎn)品為鋼包用鎂碳磚，分為MT10A，MT18B兩種牌號(hào)。本設(shè)計(jì)研究鎂碳磚的發(fā)展、性質(zhì)、分生產(chǎn)工藝等，詳細(xì)的敘述了本次設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的工藝流程，設(shè)備選取和布置。通過計(jì)算選取出生產(chǎn)過程中所需的主要設(shè)備，對(duì)輔助設(shè)備進(jìn)行了合理的選則。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要特點(diǎn)是布局合理，成本低，生產(chǎn)工藝流暢。

Abstract
Magnesia-carbon bricks plays an important role in refractory material， and used in various applications，such as steel ladles、electric furnace、convertor 、bakie、steel mouth， high-power electric furnace hot parts of the wall，and the furnace，refining furnace lining．Magnesia and graphite is main raw materials of Magnesia-carbon bricks. Magnesia- carbon bricks possesses excellent anti-erosion of slag，slag permeability，thermal shock stability．The main products designed for the ladle Magnesia-carbon bricks，brand is MT14B， MT18C．The design study magnesia-carbon brick through the development and nature of production processes，a detailed description of this process of product design，equipment selection and layout．Calculated to select the necessary equipment and materials in volume．The main features of this design is a rational layout，low cost production，process smooth．
