摘 要
我國是鋼鐵生產(chǎn)大國,也是耐火材料需求大國。全國僅冶金企業(yè)年耗耐火材料價值就達300多億元,可見耐火行業(yè)在鋼鐵行業(yè)的發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的地位。由于具有獨特的性能,例如熱導率高、熱膨脹低、抗熱震性能好、與渣接觸化學活性小,因而鎂碳質(zhì)耐火材料被廣泛應用于轉(zhuǎn)爐、電爐、鋼包等領域。本設計是對年產(chǎn)40000噸轉(zhuǎn)爐鎂碳磚生產(chǎn)車間MT-14B和MT-18C產(chǎn)品的設計,本設計在敘述鎂碳磚的發(fā)展歷史、應用、使用條件、損毀機理及生產(chǎn)工藝流程的基礎上,詳細論述了鎂碳磚生產(chǎn)的工藝理論基礎,并對各工序的設備選擇和工藝布置進行了論證。對各工序所需處理的物料量和機械設備進行了平衡計算以及對設備合理的選擇。本設計的主要特點是布局合理,工藝流暢并考慮擴大生產(chǎn)的需要,對廢磚坯進行回收處理利用,降低成本。

Abstract
China is a big steel production country, at the same time, it’s also a country that needs refractory materials. The value of refractory materials that national metallurgical enterprises consume every year reaches more than 30,000,000,000 yuan. It’s clear that refractory industry in the development of steel industry plays an important role. Due to those unique properties such as high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and slag with small contact chemical activity, magnesia carbon refractory materials are widely used in converter, electric furnace , ladle, etc. This design is for yearly producing 40000 tons converter magnesia carbon brick production workshop MT14B and MT18C product design. What’s more, this design describes the historical development of magnesia carbon brick, application, use condition, damage mechanism and production process. And it describes in detail the basis of the theoretical basis of magnesia carbon brick production process, and it expounds equipment selection of every working procedure and process arrangement, too. For each working procedure required for processing the amount of material and mechanical equipment, the balance calculation and reasonable selection of equipment are conducted. The main characteristics of this design are rational layout and process flow, and it considers expanding the need of production, recycling and utilization of waste bricks refractory materials to reduce the cost.
