年產(chǎn)15000萬噸鎂鉻磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計
摘 要
鎂鉻磚屬堿性耐火制品，以方鎂石和鎂鉻尖晶石為主晶相，在氧化氣氛中于1600-1800℃燒成，主要包括直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚、半再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚、電熔再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚以及普通鎂鉻磚等。其中的電熔再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚，采用部分或全部電熔砂（電熔合成砂）為原料，精細配料、高壓成型、超高溫煅燒，顆粒結(jié)合程度好，產(chǎn)品強度高，體積穩(wěn)定性好。
本設(shè)計的主要產(chǎn)品為電熔再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚MGe-20和MGe-18，其中MGe-20的產(chǎn)量為7000噸，MGe-18的產(chǎn)量為8000噸。本設(shè)計生產(chǎn)線敘述了MGe-20和MGe-18耐火材料的使用條件及其生產(chǎn)工藝理論基礎(chǔ)、輔助原料的要求、加工處理方法、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、物料平衡計算結(jié)果、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選型計算以及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)檢查系統(tǒng)的說明。

Abstract
Magnesia-chrome brick is alkaline refractory products to periclase and magnesium spinel main phase, in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1600-1800 ℃ firing, including direct binding magnesia chrome brick, magnesia chrome brick semi-combined, combined with fused magnesia-chrome brick as well as ordinary magnesia-chrome brick. Which combined with fused magnesia-chrome brick, using some or all of the fused sand (synthetic fused sand) as raw materials, fine ingredients, pressure molding, ultra-high-temperature calcination, particle degree of integration is good, high strength, volume stability.
???? The design of the main products are combined with fused magnesia-chrome brick MGe-20 and MGe-18, which MGe-20 production was 7000 tons, MGe-18 production was 8,000 tons. The design of production lines described MGe-20 and MGe-18 refractory conditions of use and its production process theoretical basis, the requirements of auxiliary materials, processing methods, the production process, material balance calculations, calculation of production equipment selection as well as a description of the production inspection system technology.
