年產(chǎn)500噸馬來酸二乙酯車間工藝設計 ——工藝流程設計 摘 要：馬來酸二乙酯（DEM）是高分子化合物單體，農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥、香料、水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定劑（有機多元羧酸磷酸化合物）的中間體；本文主要介紹了馬來酸二乙酯的性質(zhì)、用途、主要生產(chǎn)方法、市場前景及發(fā)展趨勢。選用由順丁烯二酸酐和乙醇在硫酸存在經(jīng)酯化、脫色、中和、過濾、精餾、后制得馬來酸二乙酯的工藝路線。設計了車間生產(chǎn)工藝流程，繪制了帶控制點流程圖。 關鍵詞：馬來酸二乙酯；工藝流程設計 The Process Design of a Plant Producing 500t/a Diethyl Maleate ——The Design of the Process Abstract: Diethyl maleate is a macromolecular monomer, which is used in pesticide, medicine spices, water quality stabilizer (organic polybasic carboxylic acid phosphate compound) .The natures, use, main production method, market prospect and the trend of development of diethyl maleate were mainly introduced in this paper. Using maleic anhydride and ethanol as raw materials, after esterification, decolorization, neutralization, filtration and distillation, the diethyl maleate product was finally got.
