I履帶拖拉機(jī)無級(jí)變速器設(shè)計(jì)(換檔離合器設(shè)計(jì))摘 要本文介紹了設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)思想,本次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是設(shè)計(jì)履帶拖拉機(jī)無級(jí)變速器—換檔離合器設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹和分析研究了離合器,并在設(shè)計(jì)中根據(jù)不同的工況進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì),特別介紹了一種新型的無級(jí)變速裝置—液壓機(jī)械無級(jí)傳動(dòng),也是一種雙功率流無級(jí)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),具有無級(jí)調(diào)速、高效率的特性,是大功率車輛較理想的傳動(dòng)方式。液壓機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器是一種液壓功率流與機(jī)械功率流并聯(lián)的新型傳動(dòng)裝置,通過機(jī)械傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)高效率,通過液壓傳動(dòng)的可控調(diào)速與機(jī)械傳動(dòng)相結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變速。該裝置的采用能大幅度地提高車輛的動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和操作自動(dòng)化水平。濕式多片離合器是動(dòng)力換檔拖拉機(jī)傳動(dòng)裝置中主要部件之一。濕式多片換檔離合器是動(dòng)力換檔拖拉機(jī)傳動(dòng)裝置中主要部件之一。對(duì)該離合器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)做了系統(tǒng)地論述,對(duì)摩擦片、回位彈簧、快速排油閥等關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)冷卻潤滑的實(shí)現(xiàn)及密封裝置的選擇,并對(duì)離合器的扭矩容量、熱容量及其壽命進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算。關(guān)鍵詞:拖拉機(jī),液壓機(jī)械傳動(dòng),負(fù)載換擋,濕式多片離合器IIDESIGN OF CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION OF TRACKED TRACTOR (DESIGN OF WET SHIFT CLUTCH)ABSRACTThe design content and the design guiding ideology are introduced in this paper. This design content is the design wet shift clutch of tracked tractor stepless transmission gearbox. The hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) is a new type transmission device, which consists of a mechanical transmission (MT) combined in parallel with a hydrostatic transmission (HST) featuring a pair of hydraulic units. The HMCVT has a continuously variable shifting ratio by the combination of HST and MT and achieves high efficiency by MT. This device can greatly improve power and fuel economy characteristics and operation automation level of vehicle. The wet multi-disk shifting clutch is one of main parts of power-shift tractor’ gearing. This paper discusses systematically the structural design features of this clutch, including the design of key parts such as friction plate, return spring and quick draining oil valve, the implementation of cooling and lubrication and the selection of sealing devices. The analysis and calculation of torque capacity, heat capacity and service life of this clutch are also carried out.Key words: tractor, hydo-mechanical stepless transmission, load shift, wet multiple disc shift clutch
