摘 要本課題首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高空作業(yè)車(chē)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了概括,提出了發(fā)展中的不足,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了高空作業(yè)車(chē)的組成,然后對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)不完善的混合臂和伸縮臂式高空作業(yè)車(chē)的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)對(duì)工作斗調(diào)平技術(shù)和液壓系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究分析。重點(diǎn)研究了伸縮臂的結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核。根據(jù)高空作業(yè)車(chē)安全性要求高,工作幅度大,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn),提出了工作臂、副車(chē)架以及工作斗調(diào)平機(jī)構(gòu)的研究設(shè)計(jì)方法。該課題以混合臂式高空作業(yè)車(chē)為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)闡述了伸縮臂的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、變形研究;副車(chē)架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、工作穩(wěn)定性分析;高空作業(yè)車(chē)的工作斗調(diào)平系統(tǒng)的研究分析;液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。課題采用積分法對(duì)伸縮臂結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析、變形分析。最后,對(duì)研究分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)證,將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和理論分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了本文提出的設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)于同類(lèi)型高空作業(yè)車(chē)研究計(jì)算,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞 :高空作業(yè)車(chē);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);調(diào)平系統(tǒng)研究;液壓缸AbstractThis paper arranged as follows. The first part is the summary of the development of aerial working platform at home and abroad, and put forward some shortages during the development. There is a brief introduction of the component parts of the aerial working platform. This paper introduces a new design proposal of the domestic production technology of mixing arm and telescopic arm aerial working platform. Meanwhile, the analysis can also be seen in the working bucket leveling, hydraulic systems and other key technology. This paper mainly focuses on the telescopic structure, movement characteristics, and its strength check. According to the special requirements of aerial vehicles because of the high security, large in range and the complicated structure, the special design was used in the working arm, subframe and bucket leveling institutions. The subject is based on the study of mixing arm of aerial working platform. The subject describes the structural design of the telescopic boom in detail, and analysis the design of subframe structure design and the job stability. The aerial working platform bucket leveling system analysis and hydraulic syetem design are also mentioned here.the subject adopts integration method on the telescopic structure stress analysis and deformation analysis. The results of research and analysis are also compared in this part. The new design method is created through comparative analysis.
