多功能汽車發(fā)動機拆裝實驗臺的設計
摘 要
本設計是在研究觀察了現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架,通過對汽車企業(yè)、學?,F(xiàn)有
設備以及通過互連網(wǎng)的搜索,對其結構形式、構造組成、功能以及安裝特點進行分析研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架大多是功能比較單一的類型,這些性能單一的試驗臺架存在著費時、費力、效率低發(fā)動機支撐不穩(wěn)定、拆裝過程中觀察發(fā)動機不便等問題。無論是汽車維修企業(yè)還是學校都需要一種功能比較齊全的,便于拆裝發(fā)動機以及觀察發(fā)動機結構的發(fā)動機拆裝臺架。而多功能發(fā)動機拆裝試驗臺就能很好的解決這一問題。
