摘 要
隨著農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)正朝著多元化的方向發(fā)展。20多年來畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展較快,與之相應(yīng)的牧草種植面積也不斷擴(kuò)大。目前牧草種植均為中小型牧場,田塊大小不一,高低不平,大型牧草收割機(jī)械難以在這些地區(qū)作業(yè)。而中小型牧場資金有限,而且牧草在一個(gè)生長期內(nèi)多次收割,急需適合中小型牧場的收獲機(jī)械。
根據(jù)收獲對象對收割機(jī)的各種約束條件和設(shè)計(jì)原則,本論文確定了小型牧草收割機(jī)的最佳總體方案和適宜的切割系統(tǒng)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、切割速比、輸送速比等設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。該機(jī)主要由切割系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)三部分組成,自帶動(dòng)力(2.9kW水冷柴油機(jī))采用立式割臺、橫向輸送。小型牧草收割機(jī)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,小巧靈活,轉(zhuǎn)移方便且操作簡捷,整機(jī)通過性能好,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。

ABSTRACT
With the quickening course of modernization in the country, the agriculture industrial structure is facing to the multiplex direction. The stock breeding have developed quickly for 20 years, correspondingly the area of the pasture grass have increasingly expanded. At present the pasture grass is the middle or small scale, and the field block size is different, and uneven. Therefore the large-scale pasture grass harvesting machine is difficult to work in these local areas. However the fund of the middle and small scale pasture is limited, the pasture grass have been harvested many times in one vegetal period. So the harvest machines which suit the middle and small scale pasture is needed urgently.
According to resembling design principle and various restraint conditions for reaper, the optimal overall scheme of reaper working on hillside and some suitable design parameters such as rotational speed of main shaft in cutting system, cutting speed index, conveying speed index have been determined. The reaper is mainly composed of cutting, conveying and Transmission system. This machine with self-driven power (the water-cooling diesel engine of 2.9kw) was adopted to vertical header, horizontal conveying .
