摘 要
汽車舉升機(jī)在汽車維修行業(yè)是最重要,最基本的工具之一,是將汽車從一個(gè)高度提升至另一高度進(jìn)行維修的設(shè)備,具有至關(guān)重要和不可替代的作用。它能否正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)直接影響到維修車輛、維修人員的安全,甚至?xí)苯佑绊懙狡嚲S修業(yè)務(wù)的興衰。
液壓舉升機(jī)具有承載力高、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、維護(hù)及安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它可以適應(yīng)不同類型的車輛維修。隨著汽車工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,汽車維修設(shè)備也發(fā)展到一個(gè)更高的階段。因而,對(duì)液壓雙柱式舉升機(jī)的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究很有必要。為以后的研發(fā)、改進(jìn)提供必要的幫助。
本文針對(duì)液壓舉升機(jī)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以現(xiàn)有的液壓舉升設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ),改進(jìn)液壓舉升設(shè)備的液壓系統(tǒng),本設(shè)計(jì)主要進(jìn)行了液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),確定了液壓系統(tǒng)回路,選擇了控制方式,進(jìn)行了壓力、流量的計(jì)算。對(duì)液壓缸、液壓泵、系統(tǒng)中所有的閥進(jìn)行分析,分析了它們之間所受的壓力、流量等主要參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。分析了上升、下降過(guò)程中,提出了解決方法。采用柱塞式液壓缸和其他方法,解決了雙缸同步問(wèn)題。
