本課題主要是為了加強(qiáng)自身了解國內(nèi)外傳動機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)自己所學(xué)的知識,按照要求設(shè)計一個行星齒輪傳動機(jī)構(gòu)。本文較詳細(xì)地討論了行星齒輪傳動的發(fā)展概況,其結(jié)構(gòu)組成和設(shè)計計算,強(qiáng)度的校核,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等,分析了傳動條件,導(dǎo)出了傳動比、鄰接條件、同心條件、安裝條件的計算公式,探討了變位法改善嚙合性能和修復(fù)嚙合齒輪副。本文采用了3K(Ⅱ)型行星齒輪進(jìn)行設(shè)計。它是一項(xiàng)較新型行星齒輪傳動,目前該項(xiàng)傳動新技術(shù)我國齒輪傳動中已獲了日益廣泛應(yīng)用。

Title The design of the planetary gear transmission
Abstract
This issue is mainly to strengthen our understanding of the development of domestic and international architacture and to design a planetary gear according to our learned knowledge. This article discusses the development of planetary gear in detail,and its structure composition and design calculations,strength checking,architectural design,analyses the driving conditions,deduces the formula of the gear ratio,adjacency condition, concentric conditions and installation conditions ,and explores the deflection method to improve performance and fix meshing gears. In this paper, I select the 3K (Ⅱ)-type planetary gear to design. It is a relatively new type of planetary gear transmission, the current of the drive gear in our new technology has been increasingly widely used.
