摘 要
塑料工業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上增長最快的工業(yè)門類之一,而注塑模具時期 中發(fā)展較快的種類,因此,研究注塑模具對了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大的意義.
本設(shè)計介紹了注射成型的基本原理,特別是單分型面注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,對注塑產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計原則;詳細(xì)介紹了冷流道注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和頂出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程,并對模具強度要求做了說明;
通過本設(shè)計,可以對注塑模具具有一個初步的認(rèn)識,注意到設(shè)計中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理.

ABSTRACT
Abstract Now The plastics industry in one of the growing quickest industry classes in the world, but the injection mole is develops the quick type .Therefore,There have biggist significance to research injection mold to understood that the plastic of production processimprove the product quality . This desin introduced the basic principle of infection molding,specially single is divided the profile to infect moles structurethe principle of work, That proposes the basic design principle of products; Introduched the details of the system that are cold folw channel infection of mold gating 、the temperature control systemthe design process of going against system ,has given the explanation to the mold intensity repuest; Through this design,may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding,motes some certain detail questions in design,understands the mold structurethe principle of working.
