摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是門把手注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)。從模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟開始，首先分析門把手的工藝特點(diǎn)，包括材料性能、成型特性與條件、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性等，（此產(chǎn)品的材料為ABS塑料，有利于提高制品的強(qiáng)度，采用一模兩腔的布局方法）。并選擇成型設(shè)備。制定出多種加工方案并比較各個(gè)方案之間的區(qū)別與各自的特點(diǎn)，然后分析門把手注塑模的分型面的選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定及布置，之后再進(jìn)行澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、定距分型機(jī)構(gòu)以及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。然后選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架和模具材料，并對(duì)注射機(jī)的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)校核。通過計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì)，此設(shè)計(jì)是可行的，并可以用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中。
最后對(duì)模具的工作原理進(jìn)行闡述，以及在安裝調(diào)試過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析，并給出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。

ABSTRACT
This graduation project the door handle injection mold design.firstly started from the general steps of mold design, and analyzes the process characteristics of the door handle, including material properties, forming characteristics and conditions, the process of the structure, (the material of the product is ABS plastic, can improve the strength of the product, the two cavity layout method. The first mock exam) And select molding equipment. Develop a variety of processing solutions and compare the difference between the characteristics of each scheme and respectively, and then analyzed to determine the layout and selection, type of door handle mold cavity number, and then pouring system, molding parts, mold oriented mechanism parting institutions distance parting mechanism and a cooling system.
